Interesting concept but a little vague - the first photo shows the drive to the front wheels with what looks like a vertical chain arrangement out of the side of the engine. The 2nd photo shows what looks like a horizontal belt drive from under the deck.

Either way - front wheel drive? Does anyone commercial have a FWD mower? I've seen FWD Toro's  for sale but just thought they were a gimmic for home owners.

How could you get traction unless you lifted the rear wheels off the ground ?

"Can't" is a dirty 4 letter word.
If someone says "Can't" , take the "T" off the end and brew in boiling water.
Sip on your 'T, relax, and take a look at what you've got left to work with.

What second photo? Ah!!! found it. What often happens with Husqvarna is the Pic doesnt always match the machine in question

How could you get traction unless you lifted the rear wheels off the ground ? Push/pull the lever perhaps. :)

Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against smile.png

Have to factor in the time saved from not having to empty a catcher.
