A RE job from a couple of weeks ago. The tenant didnt want it cut back at all, just a light trim. Looks a lot better, owner and RE happy, tenant not so much,,,

i was thinking along the same lines..Tenants are older school teachers so it wouldnt surprise me.

Lucky may have made light of it but there is a lot more work involved on a job like that than just running the hedger through it half way up.

was a chainsaw mainly and loppers (love loppers!) and a rough trim with the hedger. Lots of holes in the canopy. It will take a spring to fill her in for a trim. Being a rental that wont happen...lol

 

I appreciate the thoughts but that job was a money maker. Did not take as long as id thought it would. But yea thats a wide, over grown hedge near glass, goes around the corner for a couple of meters to.
