Nitrogen Burn

Hi everyone
Nead some advice for what to do.
A couple of weeks ago I got a little heavy handed with the fertilizer and burnt my buffalo prestige lawn
It didn't kill it but it killed a lot of growth there are a hear of new runners coming up and a lot of baby shoots. I also got a fungaside in it grey leaf spot because of excesses growth I treated it with mancozeb and gave a light feed with some potassium.
How long will it take to come back to the thick lush grass it once was?
Is there anything I can do to help
Also I love in south east qld
