I bought a cheap ride on a month ago ($300) it needed a motor, and it just so happens, I had a spare motor from my old Viking super slow ride on,
I had to fabricte a few items up but they only took an hour or so, I went and bought 2 sets of belts for the mower as I planned on changing the existing belts and wanted a spare set.
I have used it a few times now and I must say I am impressed with it, especially after yeaterdays effort, one of my regulars rings up and says "Bakes you better come over"
So I went over and blow me down with all the rain we have had, all her weeds and Kikyu had grown to a foot high in 4 weeks.
Its a rather large property, so I chucked the mower in to 5 speed and smashed through it in 30 minutes, didn't even require a touch up in places, the mower didn't even bog down.
anyway this is a pic of the ride on, nothing special but it was cheap and it works a treat.
I did this on the faker this morning
to this, no bumper
needed that extra 31/2 inches space in the trailer.
Going to fab a better shorter one myself.
My trailer packed and ready to go, when I have ride on jobs, I lose one of the MEY's and one of the Rotary's to make room for it.
