Spraying Driveways , paths etc..I charge an hourly of $85..  minimum charge is Half hour $45

^ +1

for regulars, I spray/sometimes brush as little as as possible as often as is needed to make my job easier

and don't charge for it, they already pay in the nothing for free standard price.

but I do make note of all use of chemicals on the service record and their invoice.

I also bend over/kneel down and tear 'em out by hand if that is quicker!

Same here - have a 5ltr bottle spray in the ute and just zap a few as a courtesy for reliable regulars - there's a few rentals where the tenants don't care that I spray every 2 or 3 mows wherever it lessens my time whipping  - don't charge for it as it shaves 5 or ten mins off the mowing time for me - If someone wants a section sprayed I just work on $70/hr plus chemical but I only do this for mowing customers.

Yeah I wouldnt charge for the odd bit of spot spraying. As mentioned above most of my regulars get a quick spot spray as part of the service.
