Mey Cylinder Mower Clutch Oil
#1

Hi all, I recently purchased an mey cylinder mower and on the body there is a label stating that greasing of bearing and oiling of clutch should be done daily. Greasing is easy as there are grease nipples. My question is where do I oil the clutch and does it really need to be done daily?

I grease mine every few weeks and oil it once a week.

If you have a look on the clutch cylinder, there is a countersunk flat head screw, take that off and squirt it in there.

Ah yeah that’s what I thought! Is there a particular oil I should be using?

What ever you got, I generally use the same as what I put in the motor. (SAE30)
