Hi guys I need an advice about a garden. I have about 35 sqm of grass completely dead and I need to replace it. My question is If is better put the new lawn ( roll ) or try put the seeds? The part of the grass is 70% in shade.
Thanks for your help.

High shade tolerance also means reduced ability to handle traffic. Is it an area that is getting used lots?
