If using speed feed heads and the brushcutter starts getting vibration try replacing the head, speedfeed heads wear in the main parts the (clam shell and top plate) the parts that aren't available separately and this sets a vibration and also makes it wear faster which causes even more vibration, you need to replace both these parts at the same time as they wear against each other

Anything Ian says may or may not be garbage, it may also be his own opinion or it may not be his opinion at all, it may just be something he felt like stating anyone following his advice does so at their own risk and may be doing something Ian would actually advise against smile.png

where to begin....started with kawa kbl27a (still the best I've used), then makita rbc2510 for many years (also great machines with subaru/robin engines, but the vibrations are noticeable), bought a hitachi/tanaka cg27eas earlier this year -it's a piece of ####e ...... am now using a shindy t230 which l'm liking .....and am getting around to rebuilding a couple of my old kawas

also have a makita rbc3100 for ferals, it's a beast.....and a ebay 52cc monster with a circular saw blade on it for super ferals

Husqvarna 125L - 1991 Japanese Model

The only reason why I know this is this, is due the crankshaft seals are reversed to the 92-93 models, even though they are the exact same part numbers. It was my MIL's for about 10 years before I took over using it, as she was getting too fragile to use it.

But it has been modified over the years with no baffles or spark arrestors in the ####ler, enlarged exhaust port, custom made heavy duty aluminium guard which allows 200-225 line length, super-auto II head using 3mm trimmer line.
